עוסק יודיע למנהל על מחיר סיטוני, שחושב לטובין טעוני מס, למעט טובין שנקבעו לגביהם שיעורי תוספת או ניכוי בייצור מקומי בצו מס קניה (קביעת שיעורי תוספת), תשל״ו–1976, או על שינויים שהוא חייב בהודעה עליהם לפי סעיף 17 לחוק, לפי הנוסח שבטופס שנקבע בתוספת השניה וישלחנו בדואר רשום.
