24. טפסים
(א)המנהל רשאי לקבוע טפסים לפנקסים שיש לנהלם לפי תקנות אלה וכן לחשבונות להצהרות, לבקשות, לתעודות, לרשימות או להודעות שיש למסרם לפי תקנות אלה וכן מספר ההעתקים שיש להמציאם.
(ב)משנקבע טופס או מספר ההעתקים לפי תקנת משנה (א), לא ישתמש אדם אלא בטופס זה וימסרו במספר ההעתקים שנקבע כאמור.
