בתוקף סמכותי לפי סעיף 5(ב) לחוק מס קניה (טובין ושירותים), התשי״ב–1952, אני מתקין תקנות אלה:
1. חיוב במס
חיוב במס במכר מעליות, כשהן מותקנות במבנה, יחול לגבי כל סכום ששולם על חשבון התמורה ביום תשלומו ולגבי חלק התמורה שלא שולם עד יום מתן האישור להפעלתן בידי בודק מוסמך מטעם משרד העבודה והרווחה – ביום מתן האישור האמור.
