1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”הבודק“ – פקיד בלו ששר החקלאות מינה להיות בודק לענין תקנות אלה;
”ועדת ערר“ – ועדת ערר שנתמנתה לפי תקנה 6;
”סוחר“ – לרבות מי שפועל מטעמו;
”סוג“ – לרבות זן.
