בתוקף סמכותי לפי סעיף 73 לפקודת הטבק (להלן – הפקודה), אני מתקין תקנות אלה:

(בוטלה).
2. טופס הבקשה
בקשה לקבלת רשיון לייבוא נייר סיגריות יש להגיש למשרד התעשיה, המסחר והתיירות, רחוב אגרון 30, ירושלים.

תיקון: תשנ״ב
(בוטלה).
4. סמכות לחתום על הבקשה
היה המבקש יחיד, תיחתם הבקשה על ידו, ואם היה תאגיד – תיחתם הבקשה בידי מי שהוסמך לחתום בשם התאגיד, ותוטבע חותמת התאגיד על גבי הבקשה.
5. השם
לתקנות אלו ייקרא ”תקנות הטבק (רשיון יבוא לנייר סיגריות), תשל״ח–1978“.
