4. בקשות לתעודות
תיקון: תשי״ח
כל משלח הרוצה בתעודה לאקספורט של דבש, עליו לפנות בבקשה לרופא וטרינרי ממשלתי [במקור: לפקיד הוטרינרי] הקרוב ביותר לפחות ארבעה עשר יום לפני התאריך שיש בדעתו לשלוח אותו דבש לאקספורט ועליו להגיש לרופא וטרינרי זה בכתב את הפרטים דלקמן:–
(א)כמות הדבש שיש בדעתו לשלח לחו״ל;
(ב)צורת האריזה;
(ג)המקום שבו יוכל המפקח לבדוק את הדבש.
