בתוקף סמכותי לפי סעיפים 77 ו־132(17) לפקודת בתי הסוהר [נוסח חדש], התשל״ב–1971, אני מתקין תקנות אלה:
1. דרגות סוהרים
תיקון: תשס״ז, תשס״ז־2
(א)אלה סוהרים בכירים לדרגותיהם:
(1)רב־גונדר (דרגת נציב בתי הסוהר);
(2)גונדר;
(3)תת גונדר;
(4)גונדר משנה;
(5)סגן גונדר.
(ב)אלה סוהרים זוטרים לדרגותיהם:
קצינים
(1)רב כלאי;
(2)כלאי;
(3)מישר;
(4)מישר משנה.
בעלי דרגות (בד״א)
(1)רב־נגד;
(2)רב־סמל בכיר;
(3)רב־סמל מתקדם;
(4)רב־סמל ראשון;
