Section 13 of תקנות הרשות לשיקום האסיר (ועדה להכנת תכניות שיקום), התשמ״ז–1987, ועדת שיקום אסיר.
13. ועדת שיקום אסיר
(א)השר ימנה ועדת שיקום ארצית אשר חבריה יהיו:
(1)מנהל הרשות לשיקום האסיר (להלן – הרשות);
(2)מנהל האגף לשירותי תיקון במשרד העבודה והרווחה;
(3)מנהל שירות המבחן למבוגרים במשרד העבודה והרווחה;
(4)מנהל השירות לרווחת הפרט והמשפחה במשרד העבודה והרווחה;
(5)ראש ענף שיקום בשירות בתי הסוהר;
(6)נציג ציבור הקשור לשיקום אסירים ואינו עובד המדינה;
(7)נציג מרכז השלטון המקומי.
(ב)מנהל הרשות יהיה יושב ראש ועדת השיקום הארצית.
