Section 2 of תקנות הרשות לשיקום האסיר (ועדה להכנת תכניות שיקום), התשמ״ז–1987, הרכב הועדה.
2. הרכב הועדה
(א)בועדה יהיו ששה חברים שימנה שר העבודה והרווחה (להלן – השר), כלהלן:
(1)יועץ מחוזי של הרשות לשיקום האסיר;
(2)שני נציגים של שירות בתי הסוהר העוסקים ברווחה או בשיקום של אסירים שייקבעו בידי נציב בתי הסוהר;
(3)מפקח מחוזי של השירות לרווחת הפרט והמשפחה במשרד העבודה והרווחה;
(4)קצין מבחן למבוגרים;
(5)נציג ציבור הקשור לשיקום אסירים ואינו עובד המדינה;
(6)נציג מרכז השלטון המקומי.
(ב)השר ימנה יושב ראש לועדה מבין חבריה.
