3. תנאים לתעודה
הרשות רשאית לסרב מתן תעודת מתנדב וכן להתנות מתן תעודת מתנדב או חידושה בתנאים, לרבות קבלת הדרכה והשתלמות מקצועית, הכל בהתאם להנחיות הרשות.
