1. קביעת מפעלים ומוסדות
המוסדות והמפעלים להלן נקבעים לענין סעיף 137 לחוק:
(1)המוסד לביטוח לאומי;
(2)שירות התעסוקה;
(3)רשות השידור;
(4)המוסד לבטיחות ולגיהות;
(5)הרשות לבינוי ולפינוי של אזורי שיקום.
