בתוקף סמכותי לפי סעיף 16(ג) לחוק הפטנטים, תשכ״ז–1967, אני מצווה לאמור:
1. קביעת תחילה לסעיף 16
יום תחילת חוק הפטנטים, תשכ״ז–1967, יהיה יום תחילת תקפו של סעיף 16 לחוק האמור.
2. השם
לצו זה ייקרא ”צו הפטנטים (תחילת תוקף סעיף 16 לחוק), תשכ״ח–1968“.
