2. הודעה על ידי חיילים ואזרחים עובדי צבא
חיילים וכן אזרחים עובדי צבא־הגנה לישראל יודיעו על אמצאותיהם, כאמור בסעיף 137 לחוק, ליושב ראש ועדת האמצאות של משרד הבטחון באמצעות מפקד היחידה שבה הם מועסקים או משרתים.
