36. סירוב היתר־כניסה, התלייתו וביטולו
על אף הוראות תקנה 34(ב) רשאי וטרינר מפקח, בהודעה בכתב, לסרב לתת לאדם היתר־כניסה, להתלות היתר־כניסה שלו או לבטלו, אם נוכח להנחת דעתו כי ארע אחד מאלה:
(1)בהיותו בעל היתר־כניסה סירב האדם לציית להוראתו של המנהל, מבקר, וטרינר מפקח או פקח;
(2)הוא בעל היתר כניסה ונושא גורמי מחלה מדבקת במצב המאפשר העברת המחלה או נגוע בזיהום מיקרוביאולוגי הנובע מתהליך דלקתי.
