71. חמרים רעילים או מזיקים
(א)לא יימצא במוצר עוף חומר רעיל או מזיק העלול להסב נזק לבריאות האדם; אולם תהא זו הגנה טובה אם יוכח כי החומר אינו חומר כאמור בתקנה 72 וכי החומר נמצא בכמות, בצורה ובהרכב שסביר להניח מבחינה מקצועית שלא יהיה בו כדי להסב נזק כאמור.
(ב)בתקנה זו, ”חומר“ – לרבות כל דבר חי או צומח.
