17. עבירת מקום מעצר
כלוא שעשה או שניסה לעשות אחד מאלה או שסייע לכלוא אחר לעשותו, עבר עבירת מקום מעצר:
(1)מעשה הפוגע במשמעת ובסדר הטוב שבמקום המעצר;
(2)הפרת הוראה חוקית של סוהר או של אדם אחר הפועל מטעם המפקד;
(3)קיום תקשורת בכתב, בעל פה או בדרך אחרת עם אדם מבחוץ תוך הפרת תקנות אלה;
(4)הסתה של אחר לפגוע בסדר הטוב של בית הסוהר.
