21. עיון
(א)לאחר הבאת כלוא למקום המעצר, יובאו תקנות אלה לידיעתו בהקדם האפשרי.
(ב)כלוא זכאי, בכל זמן סביר, לעיין בתקנות אלה אם ביקש לעשות כן וכן להעתיקן.
(ג)הבאת התקנות לידיעת הכלוא וזכות העיון בהן תיעשה בשפה המובנת לכלוא.
