4. לבוש
תיקון: תשפ״ה
(א)כלוא לא יענוד סמלים ועיטורים, למעט סמלים המשמשים לצרכים דתיים אם הם מחומר ובגודל סביר ומקובל.
(ב)(נמחקה).
(ג)המפקד ינפק לכלוא בגדים, לבנים ואמצעי הנעלה לשימושו במקום המעצר; המפקד רשאי, לפי שיקול דעתו, להתיר לעצור ללבוש את בגדיו הפרטיים כשאין בלבישתם כדי לפגוע בבריאות או בסדר הטוב.
