6. בדיקה וטיפול רפואי
תיקון: תשפ״ה
(א)סמוך ככל האפשר לאחר הגעתו למקום המעצר, ייבדק כלוא בידי רופא שימנה המפקד; כמו כן ייבדק כלוא בידי רופא או חובש שימנה המפקד אחת לחודש ובכל עת שיהא צורך בכך.
(ב)כלוא זכאי לקבל טיפול רפואי וציוד רפואי כמתחייב ממצב בריאותו.
(ג)קבע רופא כי נשקפת סכנה לבריאותו או לחייו של כלוא, והכלוא מסרב לקבל את הטיפול שקבע הרופא, מותר להשתמש, בנוכחות הרופא, במידת הכוח הדרושה כדי לבצע את הוראות הרופא.
