19. צירוף בעלי דין
הועדה רשאית, בכל שלב של מהלך הדיון, לצרף כתובע או כנתבע בתביעה שלפניה כל אדם המעונין בתוצאות התביעה, לפי בקשתו של התובע, של הנתבע או של האדם המעונין כאמור.
