4. מסירת טפסים
הוגשה הודעת הערעור במשרד הרשם, כאמור בסעיף 59(2) לפקודה, יעביר הרשם שני טפסים ממנה ומהמסמכים שצורפו לה ליושב ראש הועדה וימסור טופס אחד למשיב.
