6. קביעת מועד לשמיעת הערעור
יושב ראש הועדה יקבע, תוך חדשיים מיום הגשת הודעת הערעור, מועד לשמיעת הערעור וימסור למערער ולמשיב הודעה מוקדמת של 15 יום לפחות בדבר המועד שנקבע לבירור הערעור.
