8. סדרי הטענות
(א)הועדה תשמע תחילה את טענות המערער, ולאחר מכן את טענות המשיב.
(ב)הועדה רשאית, ככל שהדבר ייראה לה, להתיר למערער להשיב על טענות המשיב.
