The source says: לפי סעיף 195 לחוק הפטנטים, תשכ״ז–1967, פקודת הפטנטים וסימני האמצאה אינה חלה עוד על מתן פטנטים, על אמצאות ועל תקפם, ולכן אין עוד תוקף לתקנות הפטנטים (אמנה בין לאומית), 1935.

תיקון: תשי״ב
בתקנות אלה –
”בקשת אמנה“ פירושו – בקשה לפטנט שהוגשה בהתאם לסעיף 52 לפקודה;
”בקשה נכרית“ פירושו – בקשה לפטנט שהוגשה במדינה נכרית שהיא חברה לאמנה.
