6. חובת דיווח
תיקון: תשס״ו־2
חברת נפט ובית זיקוק ימציאו למנהל על פי דרישתו, כל פרט, מסמך, תעודה או דין־וחשבון הקשורים ברכישה או מכירה של מוצרי נפט בשער בית זיקוק; לענין צו זה,
”חברת נפט“ - משמעה חברה כמפורט בסעיף 1 לצו הפיקוח על מצרכים ושירותים (הסדרים במשק הדלק), התשמ״ח–1988, וכן כל חברה שהוכרה על ידי משרד האנרגיה והתשתית כחברת נפט,
ו”בית זיקוק“ - משמעו בתי זיקוק לנפט בע״מ.
