22. היוון קצבת תלוי
(א)קצבתו המהוונת של אביו של נפגע שנפטר או חותנו שהוא בן משפחה תלוי כמשמעותו בסעיף 4(א)(5) לחוק, תחושב: I כפול המקדם בלוח 17 בתוספת.
(ב)קצבתה המהוונת של אם נפגע שנפטר או חותנתו שהיא בת משפחה תלויה כאמור בתקנת משנה (א), תחושב: I כפול המקדם בלוח 18 בתוספת.
