1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”רשם“ – רשם משכונות שנתמנה על פי תקנות המשכון (סדרי רישום ועיון), תשכ״ז–1967 (להלן – תקנות המשכון), לרבות מי שהוסמך על פי תקנות המשכון למלא תפקידיו של רשם משכונות;
”לשכה“ – לשכת רישום משכונות שהוקמה על פי תקנות המשכון;
”ספר“, ”תיק“ ו־”כרטסת“ – כמשמעותם בתקנות המשכון.
