כל אדם רשאי לעיין בספר, בתיק ובכרטסת בנוכחות עובד הלשכה ובפיקוחו ורשאי לקבל מהרשם אימות להעתקים של מסמכים ורישומים השמורים בלשכה לפי תקנות אלה.
