3. אות מערכה אישי לבודדים
כל אדם שאינו נמנה עם אחת הקבוצות המנויות בתקנה 2 ובתקופה הקובעת פעל לפחות 18 יום רצופים בסיוע ישיר לדרגי שדה והוכיח זאת להנחת דעתו של מי ששר הבטחון הסמיכו לכך, יהיה זכאי לאות מערכה.
