7. אותות מערכה קודמים
מי ששר הבטחון הסמיכו לכך יהיה רשאי להעניק אות מערכה לציון השתתפות במלחמה כאמור בסעיף 20(ב) לחוק לפי המבחנים שנקבעו בזמנם לזכאים שעדיין לא קיבלוהו.
