10. הוראת מעבר
על אף האמור בסעיף 6(ב)(6), לגבי חברה מוטבת ששנת המס הראשונה בתקופת ההלוואה שלה הייתה שנת 2023, יקראו את פסקה (6) שבסעיף 6(ב) כך שבכל מקום, במקום ”בשנת המס שקדמה לתקופת ההלוואה“ יבוא ”בשנת המס 2023“.
