31. קופת האיגוד
(א)כל הכספים המתקבלים על־ידי האיגוד או בשמו הם קופת האיגוד.
(ב)קופת האיגוד תשמש לתשלום כל סכום שהאיגוד רשאי או חייב להוציאו כדין.
