8. ישיבות המועצה
(א)המועצה תתכנס לישיבתה הראשונה לא יאוחר מ־14 יום מיום שמונו רוב חבריה.
(ב)יושב ראש המועצה רשאי לכנס בכל עת ישיבת המועצה, ובלבד שתתקיים לפחות אחת לשלושה חדשים.
(ג)יושב ראש המועצה יכנס ישיבת המועצה, אם הוגשה לו על כך דרישה חתומה בידי שליש לפחות מחבריה.
(ד)רוב חברי המועצה הם מנין חוקי בישיבותיה.
(ה)המועצה רשאית לקבוע סדרי עבודתה וישיבותיה כטוב בעיניה, והוא כשאין הוראה אחרת בצו זה.
