Section 13 of תקנות להגברת האכיפה של דיני העבודה (רכיבי השכר המרכיבים את ערך שעת עבודה וערך שעת עבודה לעובד קבלן), התשפ״ג–2023, תחילה ותחולה.
13. תחילה ותחולה
(א)תחילתן של תקנות אלה ביום כ׳ בטבת התשפ״ד (1 בינואר 2024) (בתקנה זו – יום התחילה), והן יחולו על התקשרות שתיערך לראשונה ביום התחילה או לאחריו.
(ב)בלי לגרוע מתקנת משנה (א), תקנות אלה יחולו גם על התקשרות שנערכה לפני יום התחילה, ממועד חידוש ההתקשרות או הארכתה אם יחולו ביום התחילה או לאחריו, או מיום א׳ בטבת התשפ״ה (1 בינואר 2025), לפי המוקדם.
