2. ערך שעת עבודה
לעניין חישוב עלות השכר המינימלית כמשמעותה בסעיף 28 לחוק, יהיה ערך שעת עבודה ערך שעת העבודה הבסיסי לפי תקנה 3 כפי שהוא מעודכן לפי תקנה 5, ובתוספת הרכיבים לפי תקנה 7 וכולל חישוב לפי תקנה 4 בעד עבודה בשעות נוספות או במנוחה השבועית, והכול אם יש זכאות להם לפי הדין.
