9. רכיב שכר יסוד
נקבע בהתקשרות בכתב ומראש בין מזמין שירות וקבלן שכר יסוד גבוה מהקבוע בתוספת הראשונה או השנייה, לפי העניין, או שנקבע בה כי העובדים יהיו בעלי הכשרה המזכה בשכר יסוד גבוה מהקבוע בתוספת הראשונה או השנייה, לפי העניין, יעודכנו כל רכיבי השכר כאמור בתקנה 3 בהתאמה לפי שכר היסוד שהוסכם בהתקשרות כאמור.
