12. בקשה להיוון
(א)בקשה להיוון תוגש בכתב לגזבר ויצויין בה האחוז הקובע.
(ב)תוך חמישה עשר יום מיום קבלת בקשה להיוון יודיע הגזבר למגיש הבקשה מהו סכום ההיוון שאושר לו וישלח העתק מהודעתו במכתב רשום למנהל הכללי.
