17. מסירת פרטים לרשות מקומית
ספק מים ימסור לרשות מקומית שבתחומה הוא פועל את כל אלה:
(1)העתק מתוכנית ההיערכות שהכין ומכל שינוי בה – בתוך 7 ימים ממועד הכנתה או השינוי בה;
(2)השם, התפקיד ופרטי ההתקשרות של כל אחד מבעלי התפקידים שמינה לטיפול באירוע פגיעה במים, לרבות פרטים כאמור של המנהל הכללי, המהנדס והאחראי על ביטחון מים בספק המים, וכל שינוי בפרטים אלה.
