39. מנהל האירוע
(א)הכריז מנהל הרשות הממשלתית על אירוע פגיעה במים, יורה על זהות מנהל האירוע.
(ב)הוכרז אירוע פגיעה במים בשטח או במערכת מים המצויה כולה בשליטה של חברת מקורות, מיתקן התפלה או מיתקן לטיפול בשפכים, יהיה המנהל הכללי של אותו גוף, או מי שהוא הסמיך לכך, מנהל האירוע.
(ג)נמנע ממנהל האירוע למלא את תפקידו, רשאי מנהל הרשות הממשלתית למנות אדם אחר תחתיו.
