48. דיווחים של חברת מקורות
מנהל אירוע מטעם חברת מקורות, ידווח אחת ליום או בתדירות אחרת שעליה הורה מנהל האגף, למנהל האגף ולמשרד הבריאות על כל אלה:
(1)עדכון לגבי תמונת המצב של אירוע הפגיעה במים והשיבושים והתקלות שנגרמו בעטיו;
(2)הפעולות המבוצעות לשם טיפול באירוע הפגיעה במים והשבת מערכת המים לפעולה תקינה;
(3)המידע שנמסר לצרכנים בנוגע לאירוע הפגיעה במים.
