5. עדכון תוכנית מיגון [ואבטחה]
ספק המים יעדכן את תוכנית המיגון והאבטחה בתוך 45 ימים מקרות כל אחד מאלה:
(1)נוספה בתחומו מערכת מים חדשה;
(2)חל שינוי במאפייניה של מערכת מים שיש בו כדי להגדיל את הסיכון לפגיעה בה.
