50. פתיחת עמדות מילוי לספק מים או ספק מים בחירום
הכריז מנהל הרשות הממשלתית על אירוע פגיעה במים, רשאי ספק מים או ספק מים בחירום, שאין באפשרותו למלא מכלים ומכליות במים באמצעות מערכת המים שבתחומו, לפנות לחברת מקורות בבקשה כי תעמיד לרשותו עמדות מילוי כאמור בסעיף 43(ג)(2); חברת מקורות תיענה לבקשה, ככל האפשר, ותדווח על כך למנהל האגף.
