55. הוראות מעבר
(א)ספק מים שלא הייתה לו תוכנית היערכות או תוכנית לאבטחת מידע לפי סעיף 9 ביום פרסום הכללים, יכין תוכנית כאמור בתוך 4 חודשים מיום פרסומם.
(ב)על אף האמור בסעיף 18(א), ספק מים וספק מים בחירום ימסרו למנהל האגף את הפרטים שבסעיף האמור בתוך 4 חודשים מיום פרסום הכללים.
