7. התאמה עקב מניעה או שינוי נסיבות
(א)ראה ספק מים כי קיימת מניעה קבועה לבצע מרכיב של תוכנית מיגון ואבטחה שאושרה לו, ידווח על כך בלא שיהוי למנהל האגף ויפעל לפי הנחיותיו.
(ב)אירע שינוי נסיבות שלדעת ספק מים מחייב עריכת שינויים או התאמות בתוכנית מיגון ואבטחה שאושרה לו, יודיע על כך למנהל האגף בלא שיהוי, יפרט את השינויים וההתאמות הנדרשים לדעתו ויפעל לפי הנחיות מנהל האגף.
