1. חובת לימודים
נער עובד שמלאו לו 15 שנים וטרם מלאו לו 18 שנים, שאין חוק החניכות, תשי״ג–1953, חל עליו והעובד באחד הענפים או המקצועות שלא פורטו בצו עבודת הנוער (הטלת חובת לימודים לשם הכשרה מקצועית), תשל״ג–1973 (להלן – הצו המקורי), חייב להשתתף בלימודים כמפורט בצו המקורי.
