בתוקף סמכותי לפי סעיף 27א(ג) לחוק עבודת הנוער, תשי״ג–1953, ולאחר התייעצות עם שר החינוך והתרבות, אני מודיע כי קבעתי תכנית לימודים מינימלית אחידה לנערים עובדים כלהלן:
