14. פטור על החזקת מלאי
תיקון: ס״ח תשל״ו
הוטל מס על החזקת מלאי של טובין בהתאם לסעיף 2(ב) לחוק, רשאי המנהל לפטור, בכפוף לתנאים של סעיף 16, את החזקת המלאי האמור מתשלום חלק מן המס המוטל עליו, ובלבד שחלק זה לא יעלה על 20 למאה מסכום המס.
