בצו זה –
”מוצר“ – טובין שיוצרו בישראל ויוצאו;
”מרכיבים“ – טובין ששימשו לייצור מוצר, למעט טובין המפורטים בתוספת הראשונה;
”תעריף המכס“ – צו תעריף המכס והפטורים ומס קנייה על טובין, התשע״ז–2017;
”האיחוד האירופי“, ”הממלכה המאוחדת“ ו”ארצות אפטא“ – כהגדרתן בתעריף המכס;
”מסמך העדפה“ – כמשמעותו בסעיף 14(ב) לתעריף המכס.
