16. תקציב ומימון
(א)רשות הנחל תמומן מתקציב המדינה.
(ב)בלי לגרוע מהאמור בסעיף קטן (א), רשות הנחל רשאית לקבל תרומות, מענקים ותקבולים נוספים לצורך מילוי תפקידיה.
