3. תחום רשות הנחל
(א)תחום רשות הנחל הוא אפיק נחל באר שבע, לרבות גדותיו כמסומן במפה בקנה מידה 1:5,000, המופקדת לעיון הציבור במשרדי מחוז הדרום ובאגף מים ונחלים של המשרד להגנת הסביבה ובמשרדי רשות הנחל.
(ב)על אף האמור בסעיף קטן (א), תחום רשות הנחל יקטן מזמן לזמן כאמור בסעיף 4(ג).
